Fig & Flour Cakes by Jane is a small, on-line cake business that has grown out of my love of baking and cake decoration.  I am based in St. John's, Newfoundland.

I am a retired dietitian with over 30 years of experience in food service administration, with a creative streak that I love to show through my cakes and other baked goods.

Each cake is a labour of love, and is designed to give you and your occasion or event that something extra.
